What kind of changes can I expect?

How does it work?

01. Tell us about you.

There is a form at the bottom of the page to tell us more about yourself. Your workout program and healthy habits will be built specifically on your answers. 

Your time. 3 days, 4 days or more. 

Your place. Home or big box gym!

Your available equipment. Don't buy special equipment. We can create a program even around body weight exercises. 

02. Download PowerFit App

Workouts delivered to your app. Each day you get a reminder notification and you can see your 'to do' list for the day. Healthy habits will also be listed your list.

03. Strength Workouts

On strength building days the workouts will see your list of exercises based on your answers from step 1. You see videos of how to do the exercise and you log your reps and weight.

04. HIIT Workouts

On High Intensity Interval Training workouts (HIIT) days, you just need to run your workout. This is a time based workout so there isn't anything to really log. Just run and follow. HIIT gets your heart rate going while maximizing fat burn. 

05. 6 Week Phases

It is better to make changes over time. When you sign up for our subscription, your program will change every 6 weeks. 

Continued Challenges: Don't get bored with the same workouts.

Continued Results: Our bodies adapt so workouts need to change to keep the body challenged.

Continued Healthy Habits: Making too many changes at once lead to failure. Making small changes over time, leads to success.
