Rethink Fitness - Fitness is not a destination, Fitness is a way of life


Fitnes is not a destination Fitness is a way of life.

We have to stop looking for a quick fix or a magic pill that will get us to our perfect size. Thinking once we get to our perfect size, we are done and we will just stay there. It doesn't work like that.

Applying fitness and healthy habits in your life every day is required. We are not meant to live sedentary modern life styles. Our modern life and our food is killing us.


Most of our diseases and healthy issues continue to be linked to lack of muscle as we age, continued insulin spikes from unnatural foods, and hormone issues from our toxic environments.


There are things we can do but can't do it all at once. We are very busy. With women, our hormones fluctuate as we go through our life cycle. Each cycle requires a different set of healthy protocols from supplements to fitness routines. I have been a size 4 to a size 16 to a size 6 and then a size 8. Now I struggle between a size 6 and 8.


Our bodies are amazingly adaptable so you have to keep challenging it. Routines have to change, weight lifted has to change, and some times other methods have to be introduced. I am building an app that will help take the guess work out of the right levers to pull at the right time for less cost than a personal trainer. I am on a Facebook group and women are asking other women what they should do. We need a lot of help navigating our health.
